Making no knead bread

It looks so easy and yummy!

Ich habe dieses Rezept im Blog von Ritarenata von Imst, Tirol. Sie macht es mit Vollkorndinkel und ein wenig mehr Wasser.

Ich muss es ausprobieren, schaut toll aus!

  1. Sara, Artful Dodger Jordi introduced me to another, similar technique in a book called Artisan Bread in Five minutes a day. One makes a larger quantity of dough, store it in the fridge and take out and use as needed.

    Works wonderfully. I fancy giving this one a try too, though.
