I was so surprised to find this Photo from one of my works in Hemslöjden. This is a wonderful art & crafts magazine from Sweden. Even if I don't understand the language I subscribed it a while ago because of the fantastic Swedish pieces you can see in it. I love Swedish design and crafts.
This was because of the workshop I gave there last summer.
Ich war überrascht, ein Foto von einem meiner Werke in Hemslöjden zu finden. Diese ist eine tolle schwedische Illustrierte über Kunsthandwerk. Da ich dieses liebe habe ich sie schon vor einer Weile abboniert, da man nicht so oft Stücke aus diesen nördlichen Ländern zu sehen bekommt.
Es ist da erschienen da ich im Sommer ein Workshop drüben gab.

What a lovely surprise Sara. Beautiful work and so nice to be recognised for it. I am with you on Swedish design. I cannot get enough of it and I have bought mag and books in foreign languages just for the pictures too...ha ha.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations with your work beeing published. I know the magazine very well, I have been subscribing the last two years. And luckily - being Danish - I understand Swedish quite well. You´re right Hemslöjden´s always at a very high level of qualty both content and lay out!
