I don't seem to get nice photos, they have no depth and don't show the structure of the surface of the pieces. I will try to work on it so that they look more like the original...
Lovely rich colours and such a sweet design.
ReplyDeleteLove the colours Sara !!!
ReplyDeleteWelcome back to Europe, Sara. I'm glad to hear about your new projects. I remember the "Booklet Challenge" project that was very useful to me and I have learned a lot, thank to you... I like the combination of different materials in this new work and the strong colors, contrasting with delicate embroidery..
ReplyDeleteArt work always looks better in real life but this picture certainly captures the beautiful bright contrasting colors and whimsical little person/creature.
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely to see your recent work. I was lucky enough to get a copy of your book, Gesichter Faces and it's beautiful. I had not seen some of your earlier work that branched out from quilting and now you are using that quilting influence again. Love it, as always.
ReplyDeleteThank you for all comments. I enjoy seeing that you also enjoy my posts! This makes me want to write more! :-)
