Felting the fire - Feuerfilzen

This is my favorite colour combination. I had to do a shawl for my red dress and I bought once more one of these cotton scarves at the Chinese shop. It was a red print so that I had to put more colours on to get a contrast.

I will take a picture of my daughter wearing the Shawl tomorrow because I tried something new on the middle of it which I couldn't show on this picture because I hadn't enough light.

This wet felting is fun too and I want so much to combine it with the embellisher. But I must learn to wait...

  3. These colours are glorious - so cheering and warming on a cold winter day. You will look and feel so lovely in your shawl.

sarah, I usually worked with the embellisher and not doing wet felting. this is something new to me too! I don't have any tutorials with it! just look for tutorials in youtube!

heather, yes, I love these colours. but here in alicante are the shawls too hot to wear!! (I hope the temperature really falls in january/february to be able to wear them at all!)

Echt sehr schön, Dein Schal, ganz Deine Farben!
